Installation
After the machine has been set up and the PC, monitor, and printer have been connected, the software and drivers are installed. We then test the machine in an unfilled state. If everything is in order, we fill the system and train the operating personnel. Afterwards, trial dosages can be carried out.
Inspection
Prevention is better! Arrange an annual inspection appointment with us and we will ensure the smooth technical operation of your equipment. We detect worn parts before it’s too late. In addition, we check all mechanical and electronic functions using a comprehensive control checklist. If necessary, a software update can also be installed.
On-Site Service
With our service vehicles, we come directly to you or to your customers! We repair paint mixing machines, shakers, and gyroscopic mixers from the following manufacturers:

Our technicians are trained for all models from these manufacturers. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can quickly get your defective machine back up and running so that your production does not suffer long downtime. The necessary spare parts are carried on board our vehicles, so in most cases the problem can be solved on the first visit.
Our Workshop
Send your machines to our workshop! We offer you the option to have your machines repaired or overhauled in our workshop. During the overhaul of paint mixing machines, all canisters and pumps are cleaned and reassembled with new seals. All paint residues are professionally disposed of by us.
